Calphalon.com eCommerce Site Experiences

Prior to the Calphalon.com migration to a new platform that would provide a unified structure to all of Newell Brands' DTC sites, Calphalon underwent a homepage redesign with enhanced hierarchy, navigation, and functionality. The redesign proved to be successful in increasing Pages/Session (+4%), Avg. Session Duration (+4%), Avg. Order Value (+28%), and decreasing Bounce Rate (-14%) YoY.

ROLE: Art Director & Designer

Post migration to the new platform, a microsite and email were developed to provide product eduction to the consumer in order to inform their purchase. The cookware divided out by personality types of the user: The Planner, The Aspirer, and The Aficianado.

Microsite experience and email series to showcase the Calphalon ambassadors, their recipes, and the products they use.
